Martyn has extensive experience across a range of roles in his 20 years in Further Education, including Assistant Principal and Director of Teaching, Learning and Quality. He started his education career in English Language Teaching before moving into Teacher Education and then senior management. He holds a Masters in Learning and Development and also completed the Further Education-focused ‘Preparing for CEO’ programme at Oxford University’s Said Business School.
He has also supported Colleges’ Digital Transformation and worked for Pearson, writing qualification specifications and related guidance for Teacher Education Programmes.
Martyn is an experienced coach and brings this approach to all aspects of his work.
