Develop your Training & Facilitation skills

Whether you’re new to delivering training or looking to refresh your skills, our Education and Training Programme gives you the tools, confidence, and methodologies to design and deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences.

This 5-week online course runs one day or evening per week and is led by a blend of expert teachers and learning & development (L&D) practitioners with real-world corporate and educational experience.

Core objectives

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Apply adult learning principles to create engaging training experiences
  • Use teacher training methodologies such as TPACK, active learning strategies, and differentiation
  • Structure a training session using clear learning outcomes and scaffolded activities
  • Apply assessment for learning techniques to monitor and support learner progress
  • Manage group dynamics and create an inclusive, supportive environment
  • Confidently facilitate both face-to-face and online sessions

On completion of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Design training that motivates and inspires learners
  • Confidently use interactive teaching tools (breakout rooms, polls, collaborative platforms)
